The Gibbons Gutter Cleaner vs The EZsmart Gutter Cleaner: A Friendly Review
We’ve given you a lot of information and videos about the EZsmart Gutter Cleaner, along with content material discussing why it is so important to clean your gutters. We built the EZsmart Gutter Cleaning System so that way more folks out there can easily clean and maintain their gutters, all the while, staying safe on the ground. We get that everyone is different and especially their homes. No home is the exact same, and so we want you to be as educated as possible with what is out on the market so that way you can easily make a decision on what gutter cleaning tool is going to be best for you and your home! We are not here to sway your decision in anyway and we truly hope you find our video series helpful. Here is our first video. Mark Ramsey walks us through gutter cleaning with the Gibbon’s Gutter Cleaner and then the EZsmart Gutter Cleaning System.
So let’s get started!
As you can see, for the Gibbon’s Gutter Cleaner you are going to need a backpack leaf blower, the blower does not come with the attachment. Mark, being the handyman he is, already had a gas blower that is required to run the device. The device does come with the gutter cleaner and the tubing that you can buy more of if you need to reach higher.
One thing Mark would like you to take note of is that as you go one direction or another with the Gibbon’s Gutter Cleaner it does change direction of the wheels. To get started all you have to do is start your blower, strap on the pack and place the gutter cleaner on the gutters. Mark has a compost pile that he pulled the leaves from to fill his gutters. Overall the pros are that it is a one step process and that you can buy more tubing to reach your gutters. There are only a couple of downsides that we see: you do need to purchase a backpack leaf blower unit, which are pricy, and you would have to get up on the roof to make sure the gutters are clean. Overall it got the job done and the gutters look free from the dry compost material.
Now we move over to the EZsmart Gutter Cleaning System. We have the adjustable mirror and adjustable rake that we start off with. The mirror allows you to see what is in your gutters without having to get on your roof. The adjustable rake allows you to break up any wet gunk, say after a rainstorm or if you have not cleaned your gutters out in a while. Both attach to the EZsmart extension pole that reaches up to 18 feet high. All of these items come in the box, along with the actual blower unit. The mirror can stay on the extension pole as you put on the blower unit. The unit has the EZ bump action so that way you can turn the gutter cleaner on using the gutter. It also has an adjustable nozzle that you can move on the gutter so you can blow out leaves in each direction.
Now again, due to the fact we put compost in there, we did have to go back and forth a few times. Mark inspects his job when he is all done, but you can also inspect as you go. The EZsmart Gutter Cleaning System also got the job done!
We’ll let you make the call on which one makes more sense for you and your home! Thanks for watching and from all of us at EZsmart, have a good one!
